Modern science and ancient wisdom explain, how we are part of creation and that we do can be in charge for our destiny. It all comes down to deeply understand, i.e. not only rationally listening and repeating but holistically absorbing and transcending what we get to imagine of our very nature. For business people like myself, certain key points trigger deep inside and help to find answers to unknown issues. Trusting and using these profound insights, we are ahead of time and well prepared for the ever changing world. 

 

NOTHING IS AS STABLE AS THE FACT THAT THE WORLD IS ALWAYS MOVING. Or like the ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus put it:

 

THE ONLY THING THAT IS CONSTANT, IS CHANGE.

 

Therefore, RESILIENCE and a proactive attitude toward all kind of challenges is the number ONE skill in modern management. Recognizing individual, systemic and collective levels of impact with regard to past, current and future projects brings a huge advantage for all leaders and decision takers. The wider perspective helps integrating different skills and even cultures.
